Advanced Eye Prosthetics offers optional text messaging for appointment reminders, scheduling, and other administrative communications related to patient care. We use Weave, a third-party communications provider, to send and receive text messages.

Patients may consent to receive text messages by selecting the optional, unchecked text messaging consent checkbox in our electronic patient intake forms, provided through Remedly during patient registration.

Consent is voluntary, documented in the patient's intake record, and is not required to receive treatment or services.

Providing a telephone number through our website does not automatically enroll visitors in text messaging.

Patients who opt in may receive:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Scheduling and rescheduling information
• Administrative updates related to patient services
• Responses to patient inquiries
• Non-promotional communications related to care coordination

If you initiate a text message to Advanced Eye Prosthetics, LLC, you consent to receive text responses related to your inquiry. This consent applies only to that conversation and does not automatically enroll you in ongoing appointment reminders or other text notifications. You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP.

Text messaging is not a secure method of communication. Please avoid sending sensitive medical or personal information by text.

Message frequency varies based on appointments, patient requests, and administrative needs. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of optional text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Advanced Eye Prosthetics or by calling 833-208-9009.

You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

Standard text messaging is not a fully secure method of communication. Please avoid sending sensitive medical or financial information by text.

Advanced Eye Prosthetics does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

We use authorized service providers, including Weave, to support patient communications in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
